Bows

Image
Brittany spoiled me and got me some cute bows for my baby shower. Then my girlfriend Angie got me another one. Now I am hooked. The more girlie, the better!! I had to share my little girl all dressed up for church. Too bad she stayed wrapped up in a blanket the whole time and nobody got to see how cute she was.

Sun River

Image
We took a family vacation to Sun River over the weekend. It was suppose to be 70 degrees on Saturday and I don't think it got over 40 the whole time. We had a great time anyway. The Clark family came with us and we had a very relaxing weekend. Can you believe that Sarah only has 7 weeks to go and she went on a bike ride? She's a trooper! She carries around her 40 pound boys like they are nothing, cooked some excellent breakfasts and still had time to play games!

Caleb turns 28

Image
We just celebrated Caleb's 28th birthday. He thinks it makes him an old man, but I'm older than he is! I think this proves that he will never grow up since he still enjoys dressing up in his camo gear around the house for no reason. He wears a camo-mask with a camo-hat, uses his duck calls in the house when Shelby is sleeping, wears knee-high camo boots with his shorts, and if I'm lucky he will even pretend to shoot me with an air-soft gun.

Two months old already

Shelby had her two month check up and got her shots. She didn't like getting the shot but she stopped crying right away and then slept most of the day. She is still growing quite fast. She weighs 14 pounds and is 24 inches long. Her head is almost 17 inches already and the doctor said her head is "off the charts". The doctor was pretty shocked when she rolled over from her stomach to her back and he thought it was a mistake. So he laid her on her stomach again and she rolled the other way. I think it helps that she is so round. Since she figured it out we can't really get her to do tummy time anymore. She prefers being on her back.

Christmas

We went to Salem for Christmas and spent time with family. We stayed down there for a week because we could not get our own car out of Portland and we drove around my parents car. Shelby got some new clothes and a cute little hat. Caleb got a bunch of duck hunting stuff and I got a nativity set that I love!
